By using SimpleShop ("the App"), you agree to the following terms. SimpleShop is a product of Prairie Code Labs LLC.
SimpleShop provides a platform for managing and sharing grocery lists. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
SimpleShop offers premium features via subscriptions (Quarterly, Yearly) or a Lifetime purchase. "Lifetime" access refers to the functional lifetime of the SimpleShop software application, not the lifetime of the user. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features as the software evolves.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store the minimum data necessary for the app to function and sync across your devices.
Prairie Code Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
